New beginning of govt procurement

Haryana govt has opened 518 centers to further facilitate the govt procurement of wheat and mustard. Of which 414 are for wheat and 104 for mustard. This news has brought a wave of happiness on the faces of the farmers.

Procurement process time

The govt has decided to start procurement of mustard from March 28 and wheat from April 1. This step will prove helpful in providing farmers the right price for their hard work on time.

However, arrival of mustard has started in the markets. But due to high amount of moisture and lack of govt standards, farmers are facing difficulties.

A total of 39 centers have been opened in Hisar district for the purchase of wheat and mustard. Which is a big relief for the farmers. These centers will not only facilitate the procurement process but also ensure timely payment.
