The company has informed the stock market about this. AMG Media Networks Ltd has acquired 50.50% stake in the equity shares of IANS India Pvt Ltd, Adani Enterprises, the flagship company of Adani Enterprises, told the stock exchanges. Despite this, the acquisition price of the company has not been mentioned in this entire deal.
Adani already owns two media companies.
Adani had acquired Quintillion Business Media in March last year, while Adani had bought 65% stake in NDTV Media in December last year. Adani has now acquired the third media company. Adani is continuously expanding in the media sector. The revenue of IANS in the financial year 2022-23 was Rs 11.86 crore.
