School News: Deputy Commissioner Will Take Decision on Closing Schools in Haryana
School News: Pollution is continuously increasing with time. Various efforts are being made by the government to prevent pollution. Despite this, pollution is not showing signs of reducing. Some districts of Haryana are like this. In which, like Delhi NCR, the Air Quantity Index has reached a very high level. Due to increasing pollution, fog like cover is being seen all around in the sky.
District commissioners got the right to open and close schools
Rapidly increasing pollution is harmful to people's health. It can affect the health of children and the elderly the most. For information, let us tell you that the pollution level has increased significantly in some areas under NCR. Because of which the Directorate of School Education has written a letter to the Deputy Commissioners of all the districts, giving them the freedom to decide whether to open or close schools in their respective districts. The District Deputy Commissioner can give orders for opening and closing of schools keeping in mind the AQI.

Online education will be given sitting at home
School Education Department spokesperson said that keeping in mind the ever increasing pollution, if government and private schools in any district are closed. So that children's education does not get spoiled, online classes will be organized. Apart from this, if the AQI level decreases. So only the District Commissioner can give orders to open the schools again. The District Commissioner can take different decisions for rural and urban areas falling under the same district.

Orders given to the commissioners of these districts
The orders given by the Directorate of School Education, Haryana will be applicable only to 14 districts. These districts include Gurugram, Faridabad, Mahendragarh, Rewari, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Sonipat, Panipat, Rohtak, Palwal and Nuh districts. Commissioners of these districts have been instructed to close and open schools in their respective districts keeping in mind the AQI level.
