CPWD is shifting 3500 trees affected by the Central Vista Project to this park. Permission has been given to plant 35000 trees in Compliant Central Plantation on 65 acres of land.

Under the Delhi-Mumbai project, NHAI has also been given permission to plant 10,000 trees in an area of 25 acres. Additionally, Mahua has allotted 100 acres of park land to various institutions for tree plantation. Four reservoirs are also being built in this park. Where people can vote. Their area is twenty-five acres.

These will become the center of attraction in the park

The park will also have many attractions, such as Kids Play Space, Reflective Flowers, Lotus Plaza Hot and Observation Mount. Golf carts will be operated, which will not pollute the environment. The park will get electricity from 1050 kilowatt solar energy. Recycled water from NTPC will be used for irrigation of the park.
