Only one bulb and one fan work in the house of 90 year old Nafe Singh, living in Harsaula Basti of Kaithal district. Despite this, his electricity bill has come to more than Rs 4 lakh. It is the fault of the electricity department and the elderly have to make further efforts. When the electricity bill was handed over to Nafe Singh, the old man was shocked to see the bill. The old man's electricity bill has been sent for rectification. Soon all the flaws will be rectified and the electricity bill will come back again. Due to a mistake of the department, the elderly are having to go through mental and physical pain. At the age of 90, one has to make rounds of the department to get the bill corrected.
