Haryana Auto Rickshaw Union Released New Fare List, Now You Will Have To Pay This Much
Auto Rickshaw: Haryana Auto Rickshaw Union has released a latest list of fares. Now according to the new rule in the city, the fare will be Rs 10 for short distance and Rs 20 for long distance. The fare is Rs 30 from 10 pm to 5 am. There are around 3500 autos and 2500 e-rickshaws ferrying thousands of people every day in Jind city.

Unified ID on autos and e-rickshaws
At present, single ID numbers are also being given to autos and e-rickshaws. In such a situation, if a passenger forgets his luggage in the auto or e-rickshaw. Or charges more fare than the prescribed fare. So action will be taken against him. After the unique number is issued, the police will be able to track the concerned auto rickshaw in case of any crime or if required.

Police are running a drive to check all autorickshaw documents and provide unique ID numbers. After this, this unique number of auto drivers will be linked to dial 112, allowing the police to immediately reach the concerned auto when a crime occurs. At the old bus stand, the police have called the autorickshaw drivers and checked their documents.
The fare was Rs 20 per day
Earlier auto drivers charged Rs 20 per day. Even for short distances, passengers had to pay only Rs. Auto drivers charged arbitrary fare at night. In such a situation, there will be control on auto drivers charging arbitrary fare.
Auto drivers will get special passes at night in Jind. From new bus stand to SD school it is Rs 10. And it is up by Rs 20. The fare from railway station to SD school will be Rs 10 to Rs 20.
