Haryana News: Haryana Chief Minister, Shri Manohar Lal, in a public address in Chhachhrauli, District Yamunanagar, said that the state government has taken the lead in caring for and serving the elderly above 80 years of age. Under Seva Ashram Scheme, living arrangements will be made for elderly people above 80 years of age living alone. First, space will be created to accommodate 10 to 10 people.
In the Jan Samvad programme, the Chief Minister announced Rs 19 lakh for repairing Chhachhrauli Sports Club. Apart from this, the club operators were also ordered to appoint cleaning staff. While discussing with the elderly woman Shantidevi, the Chief Minister announced to give Rs 80 thousand for the repair of the house. Apart from this, he helped a woman whose daughter has a damaged eye. Announced financial assistance of Rs 50,000 and also asked the Red Cross to help by preparing a special case in this matter.

The Chief Minister also gave permission to give iPads to disabled students. During the Jan Samvad program, he told JM Roadway by taking the list from the schools that the number of girls on the route is more than 50. Instructions should be given to run special buses there, so that girls can easily go to school. Apart from this, instructions were also given to run mini buses at places with 25 children. The Chief Minister ordered the BDPO to conduct a survey of the vacant land near the Government College and build a park and gymnasium there.
During the program, the local people demanded to run buses from Chhachhrauli to Chandigarh, which the Chief Minister fulfilled and instructed GM Roadways that people from Chhachhrauli can easily go from Jagadhri to Chandigarh. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also fulfilled the demand of building a road from Jatanwala to Khilliwala and from Ibrahimpur to Daharpur.

Referring to the demand letter presented by School Education and Forest Minister Shri Kanwar Pal on this occasion, the Chief Minister said that discussions will be held with the officials of the concerned departments and necessary action will be taken. In the first Jan Samvad programme, the Chief Minister gave motorized tricycles to three disabled people and also visited local stalls.
During the Jan Samvad programme, the Chief Minister discussed in detail with all the attendees, listened to their views and also understood their suggestions. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also gave pension certificates to five elderly people.
