Uttar Pradesh Housing Development Council is ready to take land from farmers. The township will be established at Chand Sarai, Kasimpur Biruha, Habuapur, Moazzamnagar, Sathwara, Paharnagar Tikriya, Siddhpura, Kabirpuram, Magahua, Beli and Bhatwara. Notices are being sent to the farmers here.

Roads will be 40 to 45 meters wide

Half of the land in cities will be spent on building roads, drainage and drains. Plots will be cut on only fifty percent land, out of which five percent will be commercial. Main roads will be 40 to 45 meters wide.

Apartment complexes will be built along

Housing development in the city situated along the Purvanchal Expressway will also cut large plots for the construction of commercial centers and residential multistorey buildings, on which builders will build markets and develop flats. Such plots will be cut on approximately 5% of the 1000 acre land.

There will also be schools and hospitals

Plots will also be reserved for primary schools, engineering and management colleges as well as hospitals, so that Kids of families living in the township can get better education and good treatment in case of illness.

Four times benefit of circle rate

Farmers of villages who will get land will get compensation four times the circle rate, housing development officials said. Officers have estimates. That per bigha compensation rate can be around Rs 45 lakh. Actually, the circle rate and compensation rate of land will also be different in different villages.

LDA has sought permission to acquire 2882 acres of land to build IT City and Wellness City Township on Sultanpur Road. Dr. Indramani Tripathi, LDA VC, said that a letter in this regard has been sent to the Additional Chief Secretary Housing. Out of 2882 acres, IT City will be built in 1582 acres, while Wellness City will be built in 1300 acres. Both the townships are also ready.

Permission has been sought to acquire the land of Sonikpurwa, Veerampur, Kunwar Bahadur Kheda, Jagmatkheda, Umeedkheda, Jagannathganj, Parehta, Rakibabad, Adampur and Takiya. Approval is expected in two weeks. After this, the acquisition notice will be issued and the work of distributing compensation will begin.
