PM inaugurates Vadodara Section of Mumbai-Delhi Expressway, Now Reaches Vadodara From Delhi in 10 Hours

 

Delhi Mumbai Expressway: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated the Vadodara section of the Mumbai-Delhi Expressway. Now the distance from Delhi to Vadodara is only 10 hours. After the inauguration of this section of Mumbai Delhi Expressway, the project has come one step closer to completion.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Vadodara section of Mumbai-Delhi Expressway today. Before this inauguration, 202 km stretch of Sohna-Dausa and 244 km stretch of Madhya Pradesh of this expressway have also been started. Let us tell you that this 1386 km long corridor is expected to be completed in 2024.

Travel time will be reduced by 12 hours

According to media reports, once this project is completed, the journey from the capital Delhi to the Maya city Mumbai will reduce by 50 percent to 12 hours. At present, it takes 24 hours to go from Mumbai to Delhi. The project passes through various states including 79 km in Haryana, 373 km in Rajasthan and 244 km in Madhya Pradesh.

Transport Minister had shared the picture

In January this year, Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari had posted pictures of Vadodara-Virar section on social media. During this time he had written, 'Stunning view from Vadodara-Virar section of Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. Distances have to be reduced for a prosperous India.
