Property Rates: Prices Have increased By This Much% in This Area of Noida in a Year, Know Today's New Rates

On Saturday, real estate consultancy company Savills India said that the prices of houses built in Gurugram have increased by 28 to 45% in the last one year. Prices of houses under construction have increased by 12 to 45%.

The prices of under-construction houses in Noida have increased by 23 to 47%. Whereas the prices of constructed houses have increased by 27 to 36%. According to the Savills report, New Gurugram is the best market for under-construction properties in Gurugram with an annual growth of 45 per cent in average capital values and Dwarka Expressway of 21 per cent. The capital value of under-construction property in Sector-150, Noida increased by 47% year-on-year.

Arvind Nandan, Managing Director (Research & Consulting), Savills India, said the outlook is very promising across the luxury residential segment ranging from premium to the next year in 2024 in NCR and major urban centers like Mumbai.
