Rajasthan Alert: There was stormy rain in the northern part of Rajasthan late on Sunday evening. Wind blew at a speed of 50 km per hour at many places in Hanumangarh. Heavy rains flooded many places. Similar weather prevailed in Hanumangarh, Ganganagar, Churu and Bikaner. Even today, rain is expected in more than 13 districts. Weather experts say. Then the weather will clear in the state. Looking at the current conditions, the departure of monsoon will probably begin after a day or two.

Alwar, Baran, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Churu, Ganganagar, Hanumangarh, Jaipur, Jhunjhunu, Bikaner and Rajsamand districts have received good rainfall in the last 24 hours. Fefana in Hanumangarh received 68 mm rainfall, while Pallu in the district received 55 mm rainfall.

Heavy rain in Jaipur late evening

There was good rain in Pratap Nagar, Sanganer area of Jaipur at around 7 pm on Sunday evening. More than an inch of water froze in Sanganer. Till Sunday afternoon, the sky remained cloudy in Jaipur and light rain continued. The weather cleared in the afternoon and there was light sunshine, but after the sun set it became cloudy again and it started raining with thunder.

Monsoon may depart today

The forecast of Jaipur Meteorological Center shows that the direction of winds has now started changing in the western parts of Rajasthan. Wind started blowing from North-West direction, which is right for the condition of departure of monsoon. Monsoon may bid farewell in the state from today. And can also be reached from some parts of the western part of the state.

Rain alert for these districts today

Jaipur Meteorological Center has today issued a yellow alert for the districts of Alwar, Banswara, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Dausa, Dungarpur, Jaipur, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Sikar and Udaipur. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder at some places.

The state has received 14% more rainfall so far

According to the monsoon situation so far, Rajasthan has received 14% more rainfall than normal. From June 1 to September 26, Rajasthan has received an average of 430.6 mm rainfall. There has been 491.6 mm rainfall so far this season. The districts of Hanumangarh, Alwar, Baran, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Jhalawar, Kota, Sawai Madhopur and Tonk have received less than normal rainfall.
