UP Weather: Change in Weather, Rain in 40 Districts Till August 14, Heavy Rain Alert in 25 Districts Today
UP Weather Alert Today: The weather of Uttar Pradesh continues to change. The effect of western disturbance will also be visible on the weather. With the movement of clouds in East Uttar Pradesh and West Uttar Pradesh, there may be light to heavy rain at some places. Light to moderate scattered to fairly widespread rainfall with isolated heavy falls very likely over West Uttar Pradesh today. This whole week, the weather will continue in the same way with the movement of clouds and light rain as well as cold winds.
Know condition of big districts
According to the UP Meteorological Department, the movement of clouds will be seen in the sky in Varanasi in the second week of August. It is expected to rain in Varanasi for the next 2 to 3 days. Clouds are continuously coming from the east. In such a situation, the weather will remain cold.
There is a possibility of drizzle with strong winds in Bareilly in the next 24 hours. The weather in Shahjahanpur, Pilibhit and Badaun will remain the same for the next 24 hours. The weather is expected to remain the same this week.
According to the UP Meteorological Department, light drizzle may also occur in Varanasi. But there is no chance of good rain, at present it is not visible till 12th August. Meanwhile, the maximum temperature is not expected to go above 34 degree Celsius. There will be movement of clouds in Varanasi till August 13, but there will be no heavy rain.
In Lucknow, on August 9, the minimum temperature can be recorded at 27 degrees and the maximum temperature can be recorded at 33 degrees. In Ghaziabad, the minimum temperature will be 27 degrees and the maximum temperature will be 33 degrees. Both the cities would witness rain and thundershower activities.
What does the Meteorological Department's forecast say?
According to the UP Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of rain in most of the districts of the state for the next three to four days. The low pressure area i.e. trough line in the monsoon wind is currently passing through Bahraich and Gorakhpur. Due to this, there are chances of heavy rains in the districts connected to the Terai belt. Scattered rain may occur in Lucknow and adjoining districts with movement of clouds on Wednesday. At the same time, a warning for heavy rain has also been recorded in some districts belonging to the Terai belt. There will be movement of clouds in most of the districts for 3 to 4 days. On the other hand, there are chances of medium to heavy rains in eastern UP and districts connected to Terai belt.

UP Meteorological Department has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall in Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Amroha, Moradabad on Wednesday.
Moderate to heavy in adjoining districts of Deoria Gorakhpur, Sant Kabir Nagar, Basti, Siddharthnagar, Gonda, Balrampur, Shravasti, Bahraich, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Saharanpur, Shamli, Baghpat, Meerut, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Shahjahanpur, Sambhal and Badaun Yellow alert has been issued for heavy rain.
