The accused hatched a meticulous plan to kill Kalu. In the evening, Sanju called him out of his home and took him away. The three accused then held a drinking session with Kalu. Once Kalu was completely intoxicated, the accused put him on a motorcycle and took him to an area near the railway tracks. There, Sanju struck Kalu twice on the neck with a screwdriver. When Kalu did not succumb to the screwdriver attacks, the three accused crossed every limit of cruelty. They grabbed Kalu by his hands and feet and laid him down right in the middle of the railway tracks. Due to the combined effects of intoxication and his injuries, Kalu was in no condition to offer any resistance. Moments after the accused stepped away, a high-speed train arrived, and Kalu's body was mangled beyond recognition.
