Color of Death: Laid Alive on Railway Tracks and Put to Death for Applying Color to a Friend's Girlfriend

Color of Death: The Railway Police have solved the mystery surrounding the death of 23-year-old Kalu, who went missing in Panipat on the day of Holi. What was initially believed to be an accident has, in fact, turned out to be a premeditated conspiracy and a brutal murder. In connection with this case, the police have arrested three friends of the deceased—all residents of his own village, Mahmoodpur—who carried out the crime to exact revenge for an old grudge and a dispute that occurred during Holi.

**The Killers Turned Out to Be Three Friends from the Same Village**
Based on technical evidence and mobile location data, the Railway Police have arrested Sanju, Rahul, and Vishal—all residents of village Mahmoodpur. During interrogation, all three confessed to their crime. According to the police, the prime accused, Sanju, was the mastermind behind this entire conspiracy.

**Two Main Motives Behind the Murder**
(1) **Dispute on Holi (Applying Color to Girlfriend):** On the day of the incident—Holi—Kalu had applied *rang* (color) to a female friend (girlfriend) of Sanju. This act enraged Sanju deeply, and he resolved right then and there to eliminate Kalu.

(2) **Old Grudge and Financial Loss:** Sanju revealed that on a previous occasion, Kalu had borrowed his motorcycle, which subsequently met with an accident. The bike sustained significant damage in the crash, but Kalu had failed to compensate Sanju for the loss.

**The Conspiracy: First They Plied Him with Alcohol, Then Attacked with a Screwdriver**
The accused hatched a meticulous plan to kill Kalu. In the evening, Sanju called him out of his home and took him away. The three accused then held a drinking session with Kalu. While the accused themselves consumed very little alcohol, they forcibly plied Kalu with an excessive amount so that he would be unable to defend himself. Once Kalu was completely intoxicated, the accused put him on a motorcycle and took him to an area near the railway tracks. There, Sanju struck Kalu twice on the neck with a screwdriver. However, despite this, Kalu did not lose his life.

**A Bone-Chilling Crime: Laid Alive on the Tracks**
When Kalu did not succumb to the screwdriver attacks, the three accused crossed every limit of cruelty. They grabbed Kalu by his hands and feet and laid him down right in the middle of the railway tracks. Due to the combined effects of intoxication and his injuries, Kalu was in no condition to offer any resistance. Moments after the accused stepped away, a high-speed train arrived, and Kalu's body was mangled beyond recognition.

**Accused Apprehended via Mobile Location Tracking**
Following the incident, the police discovered Kalu's body near the railway tracks. When the Railway Police initiated an investigation and analyzed the mobile location data of potential suspects, the presence of Sanju and his accomplices was traced to the vicinity of the crime scene. Upon rigorous interrogation, all three men broke down and confessed the entire truth.
