DA Hike: New Year Gift To Employees, Dearness Allowance increased by 4%, DA Will increase By 8% Soon

 

7th Pay Commission: The Govt has announced 4dearness allowance increase (DA Hike) for employees. Under the 7th Pay Commission, the Govt has increased the dearness allowance. The increased DA of employees will be applicable from December. This means. That the employees will also get 4DA in the December salary, along with this the salary will also increase in their account.

Actually, the Punjab Govt has made this increase under the Seventh Pay Commission. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has announced 4% DA Hike. President of Punjab State Ministerial Services Union (PSMSU) Amrik Singh said that the Dearness Allowance of state employees will now be 38%.

Remaining 8% DA early

The employees were demanding re-implementation of the old pension scheme, release of pending 12% DA and regularization of services of contractual employees. After the CM's talks, their strike, which had started on Sunday, November 8, was postponed.

What did the Chief Minister say on the old pension OPS
