Before anger escalates, you can use some tips to control anger. Here are some ways. By which you can control your anger:

Count out

Count down (or up) to 10. If you are very angry. So start with 100. By taking the time to count, your heart rate will slow down, and your anger will also subside.

Take a deep breath

As you get angry. Your breathing becomes shallow and rapid. Reverse that tendency (and your anger) by taking slow, deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth for several moments.

Exercise can help calm your nerves and reduce anger. Go for a walk, ride your bike, or play something. Whatever makes you a little physically tired. That's good for your mind and body.

Relax your muscles

Progressive muscle relaxation asks you to tense and slowly relax different muscle groups in your body one at a time. Take slow, deliberate breaths as you tense and release.

Let the music take you away from your emotions. Use earbuds or play it on your phone. Play your favorite music and hum, pat, or vent your anger.
