Hyundai i20 Facelift Teaser Released, Company May Make These Changes
Yuva Patrkaar : Soon Hyundai India is all set to launch its upcoming i20 facelift in the market. Recently the company has also released a teaser regarding this. Which suggests that this official launch may happen very soon. However, the company has not yet revealed the launch timeline. Let us know what changes have been made in it –
The Hyundai i20 facelift made its global debut in May this year. In this, the India-spec i20 is expected to be similar to the European version. The front grill of the car is visible in this teaser. In which a new lattice design is seen. It also gets more angular LED headlamps along with integrated LED daytime running lights. Also, a redesigned front bumper has also been included. Due to which its look becomes even more aggressive.

Also, minor changes can be expected in the interior as well. Especially in terms of features. The car could be offered with a revised 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, similar to the EU-spec i20. Along with this, Hyundai can also offer factory-fitted dashcam. As they did in the recently launched Exeter.
According to the information, the same engines will be used in the i20 facelift. These include a 1.2-litre petrol producing 82 bhp and 115 Nm of torque and a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbo-petrol unit with 118 bhp and 172 Nm. It is mated to either a 6-speed IMT or a 7-speed DCT depending on the variant.

As safety features, the Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) feature has also been included in this car.
