Jio Air Fiber Launch: Jio Air Fiber Will Be Launched on Ganesh Chaturthi, Will Provide Wireless Broadband Service in Homes & Offices
Yuva Patrkaar: Reliance Industries chief Mukesh Ambani, while addressing the 46th AGM, said that Jio Air Fiber will be launched on Ganesh Chaturthi i.e. 19 September. Mukesh Ambani told that Jio Air Fiber will provide wireless broadband service in homes and offices, using 5G network and best wireless technology. There is a possibility of upheaval in the field of telecommunication due to the landing of Jio Air Fiber.
In the general assembly of Reliance Industries, Mukesh Ambani said that more than 1 crore premises are connected to our Optical Fiber Service, Jio Fiber. Even now lakhs of campuses are like this. Where it is difficult to provide wire connectivity. Jio Air Fiber will ease this difficulty. Through this we are expecting to reach 20 crore homes and premises. With the introduction of Jio Air Fiber, Jio will be able to add 1.5 lakh new customers every day. Mukesh Ambani said that Jio Bharat is the phone for 2G free India.

Jio's optical fiber infrastructure spans over 1.5 million km across India
During the 46th AGM, the company said that Jio's optical fiber infrastructure is spread over 15 lakh km across India. On an average, a customer on optical fiber uses more than 280 GB of data per month. Which is 10 times more than Jio's per capita mobile data consumption.
Announces the launch of 'Jio True 5G Developer Platform' and 'Jio True 5G Lab'
The annual general meeting also announced the launch of Jio Air Fiber as well as the Jio True 5G Developer Platform and Jio True 5G Lab. Announcing the launch, Jio Chairman Akash Ambani said, “We are building a platform.
