Mahindra Bolero Electric: Mahindra has unveiled its new SUV “Thar.e” on the occasion of Independence Day. With this the company has confirmed the new Mahindra Bolero Electric. Apart from this, the Scorpio N-Pickup has also been announced.

About the platform

Bolero.e will enter the markets with new logo and new updates. RWD setup will be available in Bolero EV. Where is it going? That the off-road SUV will be based on the INGLO platform. Let us tell you that Electric Thar is also built on this platform.

Launch timeline

After the electric Bolero comes in the market, its petrol and diesel variants will be sold. The company has not given any information regarding the launch. Four other EV SUVs, including the Electric Thar, are slated to launch in 2024. It is being speculated that by the year 2027, the company may also unveil the Bolero EV. The company is in the process of electrifying the Bolero Neo.

Battery Pack & Features

The Bolero EV is likely to get a 78kWh battery pack with 400 km range. Also the sounds produced by AR Rahman can be found in it. The company has not shared any information regarding the concept and design of the SUV.
