Tata Curvv will come in both EV and ICE variants
A recent online report claimed that the Tata Curvv will be the company's biggest launch next year. This model has already been spotted testing on Indian roads several times. The report also states that Tata will start manufacturing the Curvv from April 2024. However, there is no confirmation from Tata regarding launch or production yet.
Sales of Tata Curve in the Indian market are expected to start by May-June 2024. Like Nexon, it will be available in both battery and ICE versions. Tata has set a target of selling 48,000 units of Curvv in a year. Of these, 12,000 are electric and 36,000 are ICE. Both models will be manufactured at Tata's Ranjangaon plant. An earlier report had claimed that the electric version of the Curve will be launched first, followed by the ICE variant.

Engine options
Tata Curvv will be available in both electric and ICE versions. The electric version will be available in single and dual motor setup. Also, Tata Curve car can be purchased in front and all wheel drive options. It is being claimed in the report. On a single full charge, you will get a range of 400 to 500 km.
On the other hand, the ICE version of Tata Curvv is expected to get a new 1.2 liter direct injection turbo charged petrol engine. Which was showcased at Auto Expo 2023. This engine can produce power of 123 bhp and torque of 225 Nm. The car will be launched in both manual and automatic transmission options.
