TVS's New Masterstroke! The Powerful Norton Atlas Spotted During Testing in India.

It could be unveiled in the second quarter of 2026 and will feature a 585cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine.

The Norton Atlas was spotted undergoing testing in India. Consequently, it is anticipated that the brand may launch the motorcycle by the second quarter of 2026. The lineup is expected to comprise two variants: the off-road-oriented Atlas and the road-biased GT model.

Recent spy shots reveal that the bike is equipped with a 19-inch front alloy wheel. When the brand originally unveiled the Atlas range at EICMA 2025, the standard Atlas model featured a cross-spoke wheel setup consisting of a 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear wheel.

It is worth noting that Norton Motorcycles may offer this bike in India with alloy wheels as an option, potentially to help keep costs in check. However, it is also possible that the alloy wheels were utilized solely for testing purposes. Meanwhile, the Atlas GT variant is expected to feature 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends.

Mechanically, the bike is powered by a 585cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine capable of generating approximately 70 bhp. It will feature an 8-inch TFT console equipped with advanced functionalities such as connected features, multiple riding modes, a cruise control system, and traction control.

Notably, Norton recently revealed the color options for the Atlas range. As a result, the adventure motorcycle is set to be launched in five distinct color schemes.
