Know how much will be the increase in DA of the employees

DA of central employees and pensioners can see an increase of about 4 percent in DA. After which it will increase to 46 percent. After this, there will be a record-breaking increase in the basic salary of the employees. The government is currently giving a total of 42 per cent DA to the employees. Now increases by four percent. So it will be icing on the cake.

With this, the employees drawing a basic salary of Rs 30,000 will get an additional benefit of Rs 1,200 per month. As per the 7th Pay Commission rules, DA gets hiked twice a year. Whose rates are implemented from July, January. Now if there is an increase in DA, then its rates will be effective from July 1.

The fitment factor can be increased from 2.60 times to 3 times.
