UIDAI, the nodal body for Aadhaar card, says. That once the Aadhaar card is made, it will have to be updated every ten years (Aadhaar Update Process). If you want, you can get your Aadhaar card updated by going to the Aadhaar card center. Or you can update yourself by going to the internet. For this the person will have to give his date of birth, mobile number, address and other details.

You can change yourself online
In fact, you can do a lot of the Aadhaar Update Process online yourself. Despite this, you will have to visit the Aadhaar center to update the biometric data and iris. Note here that till December 14, free updating of Aadhaar card will be online only. But you have to pay for Aadhaar updation at Aadhaar Centre.

Know how to update Aadhaar online
- First of all go to UIDAI website.
- After this you select Aadhaar updation option on the website.
- Whatever you want to update. Select that option.
- After this, enter the OTP and type your registered mobile number.
- Then you go to Document Update and select the option.
- After this, you check the validity of the details related to Aadhaar by looking at them there.
- Upload the required documents for address updation.
- Then you go to the Aadhaar update process and accept it.
- After doing this, you will get an Update Request Number (URN) number, which will be 14 digits.
- Note down this URN. Through this you can keep complete track of Aadhaar updates.
