Yuva Patrkaar, New Delhi : Shares of electric bus maker Olectra Greentech have given great returns to its investors. Shares of Olectra Greentech were trading at ₹1408.85 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Monday with a sharp gain of 14%.
On the other hand, for the third consecutive day, the shares of Olectra Greentech Company have maintained a good steep rise. There has been a growth of 43% in the shares of this company in the last 3 days. The reason for this rally in the shares of Olectra Greentech is that it got a big order.
It has gained such a good momentum because of getting this order. Let us tell you that this company has received an order of Rs 10,000 crore from the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC).
Company will supply 5150 electric buses
The company said in an exchange filing that, 'The consortium of Olectra Greentech Limited and Eney Transe Private Limited (EVEY) has received a letter of intent (LOI) from Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC).
The company has received this order for supply, operation and maintenance of 5150 electric buses along with Allied Electric and Civil Infrastructure on gross cost contract basis.
Eney Company will buy these electric buses from Olectra and then complete their delivery in a span of 24 months. During the contract period, the maintenance work of these buses will be done by Olectra.
1 lakh became 23 lakh in just 3 years
Shares of Olectra Greentech have given amazing returns to their investors in the last 3 years. The share price of the company was trading at ₹58.75 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on July 31, 2020.
Whereas now (10 July 2023) the share price of Olectra Greentech has reached ₹ 1408.85. The shares of the company have given strong returns of more than 2200% in this period of 3 years.
If a person had invested Rs 1 lakh in this company on July 31, 2020 and had kept his investment till now, then at present the value of this Rs 1 lakh would have been Rs 23.98 lakh.
