After The Success of 'RRKPK', Alia Bhatt Shared a Photo, Wrote a Motivational Note For Karan-Ranveer!
Yuva Patrkaar, New Delhi : Karan Johar's 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' has been receiving a good response from the audience since its release on 28th July. On Monday, Alia Bhatt, who plays 'Rani Chatterjee' in the film, thanked everyone on Instagram.
Alia posted a photo on Instagram with her co-actors Ranveer Singh and director Karan Johar. Both Ranveer and Alia were seen twinning in white, while Karan wore an orange T-shirt in the back. All three of them smiled for the camera and posed holding each other.
In the caption, Alia wrote, "Love Hai To Sab Hai!!! From the bottom of my heart... Thank you for your love... Always grateful! Love, Rocky, Rani and our makers this story." He also added the title of the film to the hashtag.
Last Sunday, Dharma Productions shared the box office collections of the film on social media. "The celebration of love gets even bigger at the box office - Your love for Rocky and Rani's love story is unstoppable!" the production house captioned the post on Twitter. As per the initial estimates, the film earned ₹19 crore in India on the third day. It collected ₹11.1 crore on the first day of release and ₹16.05 crore on the second day. After three days, now the total earning of the film has gone up to 46 crores.
In the film, Ranveer plays the character of Rocky, a fitness enthusiast who belongs to a Punjabi family. While Alia's character Rani is a journalist coming from a Bengali family. It also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi in lead roles.
