Bhagwant Mann : Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Saturday laid the foundation stone of several development works worth Rs 869 crore in Sangrur district. Addressing the gathering during the Vikas Kranti Rally here, the Chief Minister said that today his dream has come true with the establishment of 80 bedded Mother-Child Hospital at Dhuri, 30 bedded Rural Hospital at Cheema and 30 bedded Community Health Center at Kauriyan. Is. He said that his government is already providing free medicines to the patients inside the hospital. So that patients do not have to go out. He said that X-ray and ultrasound machines are being provided in every hospital to serve the people.
Chief Minister (Bhagwant Mann) said that 829 Aam Aadmi Clinics have revolutionized the health care sector in Punjab. He said that more than 95 percent of the patients who come to these clinics every day are cured of their diseases. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that since the opening of these clinics from August 15, 2022, more than one crore patients have been treated here. CM Mann said that these clinics are giving a new dimension to the health care system in Punjab. He said that in these clinics, 80 types of medicines and about 40 tests are being given to the patients free of cost.

Chief Minister (Bhagwant Mann) said that the Punjab Government has launched the Road Safety Force to curb the rate of deaths due to road accidents in the state and to streamline the traffic on the roads of the state. He said that this first of its kind special force is playing an important role in saving precious lives being lost in daily road accidents in Punjab. And this force is playing an important role in preventing wrong driving, smoothening the movement of vehicles on the roads and other works. Mann said that initially 129 vehicles equipped with state-of-the-art equipment have been deployed on the roads within a radius of every 30 kilometers. And these vehicles will also have a complete medical kit to provide emergency treatment to any person in need. He said that the Punjab government is making concerted efforts to revive the education system of the state.
