The first route bullet train, which will run between Ahmedabad and Mumbai, will be of 508 km. The distance will be 508 km. Train trials will start in Surat and Bilimora in 2026. Its distance in Gujarat will be 352 km. Bullet train will pass through nine districts in Gujarat. Its length will be 156 km in Maharashtra, from where it will cross 3 districts. Apart from this, there will also be Nagar Haveli at a distance of four km. Twelve stations will be built in this corridor. The design of the bullet train will be 350 km/h and its speed will be 320 km/h. By bullet train one can reach Ahmedabad from Mumbai in two hours.

Delhi to Amritsar, Howrah, Varanasi, Patna, Delhi to Agra, Lucknow, Varanasi, Delhi to Jaipur, Udaipur, Ahmedabad, Mumbai to Nashik, Nagpur, and Mumbai to Hyderabad corridors. Inni has prepared feasibility report of all the routes. There are plans to run bullet trains first on Delhi-Amritsar and Howrah-Varanasi routes.
