Elevated Railway Track: The 6 km long Kurukshetra elevated track is being built by Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation (HIRDC) at a cost of Rs 350 crore. Is in final stage. The work will be completed by March this year. With the construction of this track, five manned level crossings on the Kurukshetra-Narwana railway line will be eliminated.

This will significantly improve the operation and safety of railway and road traffic in Kurukshetra city. This information was given by Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal after inaugurating the new office of HIRDC in Sector-32 in the first annual function of the corporation.

Manesar-Pachgaon track will be completed this year

It was told that a new mid-high speed railway track is being built by Haryana Rail Orbital Rail Corridor (HRRC), a subsidiary of the corporation. Which is 126 km long from Palwal to Sonipat. and transports double stack container goods via Sohna, Manesar and Kharkhoda. Double decker goods train will also be able to run easily on it.

land acquisition completed

Haryana Government has acquired land to complete this project. This railway project includes Sonipat, Rohtak, Jhajjar and Gurugram districts. The target is to build a railway track from Maruti plant in Manesar to Patli in Gurugram. People who died from Maruti plant will get relief if this work is done soon.
