• On October 2, a father and son died and five people were injured in a road accident near Rithauj village.

• On September 6, a Mercedes driver was killed in a collision between a Mercedes and a tanker near Ujina.

In view of the incidents, NHAI monitored the vehicles passing on the expressway for 20 days. It was revealed that of the approximately 500 cars plying on the expressway, the speed limit was 120 km per hour. This is the average number of violations on the expressway per day.
