DDA Scheme: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has set a target of settling 85 lakh people in five areas under the landpooling policy. DDA aims to make all the areas mini cities. Each area will also have schools, colleges, hospitals, police stations and fire stations. DDA will construct these administrative buildings and write letters to the concerned departments. Participating land owners and DDA will have 70% share and asked to choose 60% and 40%. Officials said that more than five hundred schools will be built in all the areas.

For the convenience of the people, offices of various departments will be built on 8% of the land.

40% land will be given in six phases

Officials said that in the sixth phase, forty% of the land will be given to associations and land owners. The union will then seek permission from DDA to build flats and other works on 60% of the land.
