Greenfield Express-Way: This Greenfield Express-Way Will Pass Right Through Middle of Haryana, Know Which State Will Benefit
Greenfield Express-Way: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has decided to connect the Mumbai Expressway and the Trans Haryana Expressway passing through Haryana to directly connect North India with Mumbai.
The 86.5 km greenfield link, to be built at a cost of Rs 1400 crore, will connect Expressway 152D with Mumbai Expressway. It will start from Paniyala on the Haryana-Rajasthan border and connect to the Mumbai Expressway in Alwar.
National Highway Authority employees say. That the process of giving land for this expressway will be completed soon and the work will be completed in two years.
After construction, vehicles coming from Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh and Uttarakhand will directly reach Mumbai Expressway through 152D.

Vehicles currently ply on the 227 km long Trans Haryana Expressway starting from Kurukshetra to Ismailabad. Which climbs to 148B via Narnaul. And Paniyala goes towards Mumbai via Jaipur, Ajmer via Kotputli. Which is a long journey.

The new route will start from Paniyala and connect to Mumbai Expressway at Badodamev in Alwar. This will reduce the distance between Mumbai and North India. With the opening of this route, more districts of Haryana will be directly connected to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. Besides, the distance from Chandigarh to Jaipur will also be reduced.

National Highway Project Director Mukesh Kumar said that the work on the 86.5 km long new Greenfield Expressway will be completed in two years and efforts will be made to start it quickly.
