Naresh Narwal told that to avail the benefits of this scheme, the declaration form issued by the college and higher education institute will have to be filled and uploaded on the portal. Some necessary conditions have been set to avail its benefits. The age of the worker's daughter should be 18 years, she should be a native of Haryana and should be studying in an educational institution of the state. Apart from this, there should not already be any vehicle in the worker's house. Apart from this, the girl should have a valid license to drive a two-wheeler.
