Haryana: Full Trumpet Interchange Road like China will be built in this district of Haryana, CM Saini approved, will be ready for Rs 308 crores
Haryana: The state government is continuously working to give wings to the development of Haryana and for this reason big projects are being launched. Meanwhile, a good news has come out. In fact, a high level meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Nayab Saini at Chandigarh Secretariat on Wednesday. In which many important decisions related to Rewari AIIMS have been taken. Many ministers and MLAs of Haryana were also present in this meeting.
If reports are to be believed, it was decided in this meeting that a full trumpet interchange will be built at a cost of Rs 308 crore to connect AIIMS to the National Highway. This project has been approved. Union Minister Rao Inderjit Singh said that patients and common citizens have to face difficulties due to the problem of waterlogging in underpasses during the rainy season.
In such a situation, this interchange will not only ensure convenient transportation, but will also prove helpful in helping patients reach medical facilities on time in case of emergency.
What does a full trumpet interchange look like?
Actually, a full trumpet interchange is a special type of T-junction, where one major highway is connected to another highway or major road. Its design is like a musical instrument 'Trumpet'. This structure ensures uninterrupted movement of vehicles and facilitates traffic.
What did the AIIMS director say?
If reports are to be believed, AIIMS Director Dr. DN Sharma said that the provision of this interchange was already included in the initial agreement between the Haryana government and AIIMS. Principal Secretary of the Health Department, Sudhir Rajpal has informed that Rs 22 crore will be sanctioned for the smooth arrangement of electricity and drinking water supply in the AIIMS campus. Under this, a separate 11 KV power feeder and canal water supply line will be established.
