These people are getting the benefits of the scheme
Through this scheme, one member of a family will be able to travel free up to thousand km in a year. Not only this, in Haryana, citizens above 60 years of age are also being given the benefit of 50% discount in fare by the Transport Department. Children below 5 years of age have to pay half the fare in Haryana Roadways buses. After joining this scheme, children below 5 years of age will get a chance to travel for free up to thousand km, that is, they will not have to pay any fare.
