Within which he has given a big instruction to all the unrecognized schools. In which the government has said. That if they have to go to their school. So they will have to get this work done before the month of February, otherwise the government can also shut down their schools.

In response to a petition, the High Court has directed the Haryana government to survey all the schools in the state and submit the report. The court emphasized that the right to education is a legal right. And ordered the Director of Education to take strict action against unregistered schools under the Right to Education Act.

Manoj Kumar Jaiswal of Faridabad filed a petition in the High Court saying that many unrecognized schools are running in Faridabad. The petitioner claimed that there were more than 550 such schools in Faridabad alone. The High Court sought response from the Haryana government on the petition, to which the government replied that unrecognized schools exist not only in Faridabad but also in many other districts of the state.

The High Court has told under RTI 2009. That if the following work is not done in the schools, then the government can take a big action against them after 6th February. And in such a situation, A gave orders to the government and said that he will conduct a survey within 4 months and prepare a list of unrecognized schools and take action against them.
