Haryana News: Big Gift From Haryana Govt, 59 illegal Colonies of This District Will Be legalized
Gurugram :- Many districts of the state are like this. Where citizens are living in illegal colonies. Haryana Government had initially taken strict action against such colonies and had given orders to remove many of these colonies. But now the government is preparing to legalize all these illegal colonies. Haryana Government has conducted a survey through the Municipal Corporation to validate all the illegal colonies. A proposal for which will be prepared and submitted to the Urban Local Bodies Department.
3 colonies have already been declared legal
For information, let us tell you that 3 colonies of Manesar Corporation have already been declared legal. Whereas there are 33 colonies like this. Which are now being sent to the administration. If we talk about the district with the highest number of illegal colonies, then there are a total of 103 illegal colonies in Gurugram Municipal Corporation. Which are to be validated. Out of these, the survey reports of about 63 colonies have been sent to the headquarters by the Municipal Corporation. Apart from this, a proposal will be sent to legalize 26 illegal colonies.

Proposal will be sent to legalize these colonies
Under the survey conducted by the Municipal Corporation, Ganga Vihar, Shyam Kunj, Mayur Kunj Bhawani Colony, New Palam, Siyaram Colony, Surat Nagar Phase 1, New Palam Vihar, One and Two, Vatika Kunj, RR Colony, Maruti Headquarters etc. are being legalized. Proposal will be sent for. Out of 37 colonies located in Manesar, the government has declared three colonies as legal. While the other one got cancelled.

These facilities will be provided in illegal colonies
On 19 July 2022, the government has made some standards to control the colonies. Which was revised on April 6, 2022. Not only this, the Haryana government will also provide sewer, drinking water and road facilities to the citizens living in illegal colonies. Apart from this, the work of installing street lights and construction of parks will be done by the Municipal Corporation in these colonies.
