According to the announcement made by the CM, the highest honorarium in the municipality has been increased for the Mayor by Rs 9500, followed by the Deputy Senior Mayor by Rs 8500 and at the third place, the honorarium of the Deputy Mayor has been increased by Rs 7000.

City Council, Municipal Corporation officials will get this much salary

Apart from this, the honorarium of Municipal Council councilors has been increased by Rs 4500, the honorarium of Council Presidents by Rs 7500 and the honorarium of Vice Presidents and other members by Rs 4500. Apart from this, the honorarium of the Municipal Chairman, Vice Chairman and all other members has been increased by Rs 3500. If seen this way, the total honorarium of Municipal Corporation Mayor has increased from Rs 20,500 to Rs 30,000, and that of Senior Deputy Mayor has increased from Rs 16,500 to Rs 25,000. Whereas the honorarium of councilors will be Rs 15,000 instead of Rs 10,500 and city council chairpersons will be given Rs 18,000 instead of Rs 10,500.
