Haryana News Today :- The monsoon session of the Haryana Vidhansabha has started. In this 4-day assembly session, the opposition leaders are in full preparation to surround the government. Many types of proposals will be presented during this session. Out of which important proposals will be allowed and some proposals can be kept for mutual negotiation. In this four-day session, the Haryana government can also bring bills related to the building.

Registry will be able to get the floor built on the floor

The monsoon session of the Vidhansabha is scheduled to run from August 25 to August 29. In this session, the government will bring a bill related to the building floor-wise registry. This is the main feature of this bill. That it will be easier for people to get the residential and commercial buildings registered. Its one special thing is going to remain the same. That under this rule, people will be able to build a floor on the shop and sell it, the same rule of the government will apply to residential buildings as well.

BJP and JJP's coalition government will bring this proposal

The bill for floor-wise registry of buildings will be brought in the Vidhansabha by the coalition government of BJP and JJP.

Approval will be taken from the governor after the bill is passed

The Haryana government will present this bill in the VS House with full preparation. After the bill is passed, approval will be taken from the governor. After this, the rules of the bill will be made and the rates of the floor-wise registry will be determined. The common citizen is going to get maximum benefits of floor wise registry. Because with the passage of this bill, people will be able to get cheap houses easily in the cities. On the other hand, if someone has a great need to sell the house. So they can sell floor wise.
