Haryana Roadways Bus Will Now Have Metro Ticket Like Facility, Ticket Recharge Will Be Done Through Mobile Also
Haryana Roadways: On Thursday, September 14, Haryana Transport Minister Moolchand Sharma chaired a meeting of Haryana Roadways officials. Haryana Highway Department always makes new rules keeping in mind the convenience of the passengers. The State Transport Department started the E-Ticketing system, which was successful to a great extent. Today, about 2317 machines provide e-ticketing in the state.
NCMC will start transport department
After the success of e-ticketing system, Haryana State Transport Department has now decided to launch National Common Mobility Card (NCMC). The benefit of this scheme of the department will be that in this card, the complete data of the passengers traveling at concessional rates in Haryana Roadways buses will be kept safe. Assembly, Lok Sabha, 100 per cent disabled and other employees will only have to show the card.

Revenue profit of Haryana Roadways
The Transport Minister said that the department has made a profit of Rs 17 crore in just 3 months from e-typing. Further, he informed that Haryana Roadways fleet currently consists of 3723 buses. Out of which 562 are private. He said that the department had ordered to purchase 1000 new Euro 6 buses in 2022. 745 buses have reached the Roadways depot.
