IMD issued Alert For So Many Days, There Will Be Rain in These States of Country

Winter has started. And there is no hope of getting relief from this. The Meteorological Department has given information about the weather for the next two weeks for the states of North India.
The meteorological department has made predictions for the next two weeks. After January 5, cold wave of 68 to 100% is expected in Punjab, Haryana and Delhi. During this period, there is a possibility of 34 to 67% cold wave in some areas of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Cold wave is not expected in the rest of the country in the next two weeks. These estimates are from December 29 to January 11.
However, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert of cold days in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh from December 29 to December 31. There will be heavy fog in North Rajasthan, UP, Bihar, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Punjab till December 31.

Skymet, a weather forecasting agency, says. That today, i.e. on December 30, there may be moderate rain at one or two places with light rain over Tamil Nadu and Lakshadweep. Light rain and snowfall may occur in the upper parts of the Western Himalayas on December 31 and January 1.
Fog alert has been issued in these states.
Heavy to very heavy fog may continue over Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, North Rajasthan, parts of Bihar, Jharkhand and Odisha. There may be cold weather in parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh during the day.
