IMD Weather Update: IMD Has Information That Western Disturbance Will Affect The Himalayan Region
IMD Weather Update: A cyclonic circulation is prevailing over the northern part of Jharkhand. Due to which a trough has formed till Manipur. Apart from this, another cyclonic circulation is present over middle and upper tropospheric levels over Northeast Jharkhand. Due to these weather events, warnings of light to heavy rain have been issued in many states of the country. Which is likely to continue till March 26.
Rainfall and temperature fluctuations
According to the latest report of India Meteorological Department (IMD), light to moderate rainfall with thunderstorm at various places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura as well as West Bengal and Sikkim during March 22 to 26. It is likely to happen. Light rain may also occur in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal and Kerala.

Effect of western disturbance
IMD has also given this information. That a Western Disturbance will affect the Himalayan region, due to which light rain and snowfall is likely over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad and Himachal Pradesh between March 22 and 24. Light rain may also occur in Uttarakhand, Punjab and Haryana. There is a possibility of hailstorm in Himachal Pradesh.

Weather forecast
According to IMD, heat is likely to increase in Rayalaseema, Kerala, Mahe, Saurashtra and Kutch during the next five days. Along with this, increase in temperature has also been reported in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal during the next two days.
