According to Skymet, a website providing weather related information, today i.e. on Thursday, light rain and snowfall is possible in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh. Apart from this, light rain may occur over East Assam, Nagaland and Meghalaya. There is a possibility of light rain in Odisha also. Strong surface winds at a speed of 15 to 25 km per hour are likely over Northwest India. Dense fog may occur in isolated areas of Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Tripura. Not only this, cold will continue in the areas of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar including Noida, Ghaziabad. There will be cold wind in Delhi even today, although there is a possibility of sunshine during the day.
