Highways: The people of Sonipat will get the gift of two new national highways in the New Year. Both the national highways will soon be opened by NHAI. Through this, people will be able to easily reach from Delhi to Jind in less time. Through this national highway, one can reach Indira Gandhi International Airport from Delhi in 25 minutes and Jind in 50 minutes.

Vehicle pressure on NH 44 will reduce

Let us tell you that NH 352A is being constructed from Murthal to Jind at a cost of Rs 1380 crore. On the other hand, the work of National Highway-334P along with Western Yamuna Link from village Barwasni to Bawana Industrial Area of Delhi has been completed. With its help, now people of Sonipat will be able to use NH-352 to go to Jind. Due to which there will not be much vehicular pressure on NH 44.

The journey will take 50 minutes

After the construction of NH 352A, the vehicles traveling from Sonipat to Jind used to take two to two and a half hours. Now he will be able to cover this distance within 50 minutes. NH 44 at Murthal and NH 334P near the same village Barwasni will also have direct connectivity with Jind, which will make the way to Delhi more clear.

NH 352 A will be connected to Katra Expressway

NHAI will construct National Highway 352A at a cost of Rs 1380 crore. It will be constructed by March. After this it will be connected to Jind Murthal National Highway 44. This 80 km long highway is being constructed in two parts. Rs 799 crore will be spent from Murthal to Gohana and in the second part the highway will be taken from Gohana to Jind.

Both these parts will be constructed by different companies and about 85% of the work on this highway has been completed. NH 352 A will be connected to the under construction Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway near Ishapur Khedi. With this, drivers will be able to go to Katra via Amritsar and many cities of Delhi, Rohtak, Ludhiana, Amritsar and Punjab will be connected to each other.

It will take 35 minutes from Sonipat to IGI

A four-lane national highway will be constructed near Barwasni by connecting it to NH 352A, which will cost Rs 694 crore and this lane will be connected to the Dwarka Expressway inside Delhi. With this, people of Sonipat, Ambala, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu Kashmir will take less time to reach Delhi Airport. You will reach IGI within 35 minutes from Sonipat. The main objective of the construction of this highway is to reduce vehicular pollution in Delhi.

Construction of Bawana Industrial Area

The 29 km long NH 334P is being constructed from Barwasni village along the Western Yamuna Canal to Bawana Industrial Area of Delhi. With its help, a network will be prepared on Dwarka Expressway, which will also help in reducing pollution in Delhi.
