MP News: Heavy rains continue in Madhya Pradesh. It has been raining heavily in many districts of the state for the last two days. At some places it is raining intermittently and at other places it is raining continuously. The weather department has also predicted heavy rain for the coming few days. Due to heavy rains in most parts of the state, rivers and streams are in spate. And the inflow of water has also increased in Tawa and Bargi dams. All the 13 gates of Tawa Dam have been opened up to 9 feet. From which 2 lakh 681 cusecs of water is being released. 13 gates of Bargi Dam will be opened at 5 pm due to which the water level of Narmada River will increase further.

Heavy rain in Seoni, school holiday

Due to the ongoing heavy rains in Seoni district, Collector Kshitij Singhal has declared a two-day holiday in all the private government schools of the district. Following the order of the Collector, there will be a holiday on 15-16 September in all schools from nursery to 12th. It is Sunday 17th September. In such a situation, now children's schools will open in Seoni district from September 18. The order issued by the Collector to declare school holidays. In this, all schools have been instructed to strictly follow the order.

quarterly exams postponed

The order issued by Collector Kshitij Singhal. According to him, keeping in view the problems and risks faced by the students in view of the situation of excessive rainfall and flood, there will be holiday on 15th September and 16th September in all government and non-government schools under Seoni district from nursery to 12th. Along with this, the quarterly examination currently being conducted from class 9th to 12th will be postponed from the above dates and a separate date will be fixed. During holidays, teachers will discharge their responsibilities by being present in the school at regular time.
