That from September 27 to October 5, the effect of the system will be seen in Indore, Jabalpur, Shahdol and Rewa divisions. Apart from this, due to the activity of local system, light rain can be recorded in Narmada Puram, Bhopal, Ujjain, Sagar and Gwalior.

Warning of moderate rain along with thunderstorm has been issued in Jabalpur, Bhopal, Narmada Puram, Ujjain, Gwalior, Singrauli, Anuppur, Umaria, Sagar, Burhanpur, Khandwa, Khargone, Barwani Alirajpur, Shivpuri and Indore.

The sky will remain cloudy in many areas. Along with this, a warning has also been issued regarding thunder and lightning. The effect of the new weather system will be visible till October 3. The U-turn of monsoon before departure may increase rainfall activity in many areas. There are chances of change in weather in Gwalior, Morena, Satna, Rewa, Anuppur, Dindori and Chhindwara.

Average rainfall record so far is 36.9 inches

The quota of rain has been completed in Madhya Pradesh. An average rainfall of 36.9 inches has been recorded so far in the state. However, sunny and shady conditions will prevail in some areas.

During the last 24 hours, 1.4 inches of rain has been recorded in Dhar. Whereas Satna has received 0.01 inches of rain. The weather remained pleasant due to rain in Indore too, while increase in temperature was recorded in Gwalior, Ratlam, Khajuraho and Mandal. The temperature in Narsinghpur, Sidhi and Guna has also been recorded at 34%. The weather may also change in Jabalpur, Indore today.
