NCR EXPRESSWAY: NCR may soon get another expressway. Noida Authority (Noida News) is preparing the feasibility report of the expressway to be built from Sector-94 Kalindi Kunj to Greater Noida on Yamuna Highway. This report will be sent to NHAI this week.

NHAI will decide whether the Yamuna bridge will be widened and improved to a suitable location or an elevated road will be built over it. According to the condition of the land at the spot and the drawing, there is more hope of building an elevated road here.

Note that Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway will be connected through the Yamuna Bridge. Preparations for this have also started. A committee headed by the ACEO of Noida Authority visited the spot last month and conducted a survey with the aim of widening the pass or building an elevated road. Later, the ACEO directed to prepare a feasibility report regarding this proposed project.

That widening of Yamuna bridge or construction of elevated road has started as an alternative for Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.

A four-lane road has been built in about 11 km in Noida News area. After this the Pusta becomes about one km wide. There is a 20 meter path here. This bridge is 24 to 26 meters wide. And is in the last 14 km of Noida area.
