New industrial model township to be set up on 300 acres in Haryana, these districts will get direct benefit

Haryana News: Gurugram, which is already a major hub of Indian industrial and technological development, is now going to further expand its capabilities with the plan of a new industrial model township. Haryana State Industrial and State Infrastructure Development Corporation has announced the construction of this township on 3000 acres near Pachgaon Chowk.

Impact of previous industrial township
The three industrial townships established earlier in Gurugram district, such as Udyog Vihar, IMT Manesar and Sohna (Udyog-Vihar-IMT-Manesar-Sohna) have ensured industrial and business development of the region. The success of these townships has provided inspiration and basis for the planning of the new township.

Industrial and economic impact of the new township
The construction of new industrial townships will not only increase employment opportunities but will also develop regional infrastructure and transport facilities. Land will be made available for various industries, which will promote the establishment of new technologies and enterprises.

Residential and Commercial Synthesis
The new township aims to bring a combination of trade, residential and commercial schemes in the area (trade-residential-commercial-synthesis). This will develop the area as an ideal industrial township with modern amenities along with high-end infrastructure.

Delhi-Gurugram connectivity and new growth opportunities
Another important aspect of the project is to address the growing urban needs between Delhi and Gurugram (addressing-urban-needs). The new industrial and commercial facilities will provide a new impetus to the state's economy, improving the economic condition of the local communities.
