Bhiwani: There is a big good news for Bhiwani Maham main road. Let us tell you that now along with the strengthening of the 7 meter wide road on the Bhiwani-Maham main road, a new road will be built on RCC pattern in the urban area. PWD has prepared a draft of about Rs 30 crore for the renovation work of about 17 km of road on Bhiwani-Maham road and sent it to the headquarters for approval.

Redressal was taken after 7 years

The 17 meter wide road on the state highway of about 17 km radius from Bhiwani to Meham has been repaired after 7 years. Now strengthening work will be done on this road. Along with this, a road will also be built on RCC pattern at the main bus stand of urban area and village Chang. PWD will also build a road on RCC pattern from Meham Gate Farsa Chowk of the city to Shree Goshala Trust on Meham Road via Bad Chowk. This is because this part of about two km radius is surrounded by dense population on both sides. On which there will be no danger of the road breaking due to the impact of water.

Kaluwas railway gate work will be completed by March

At present there are tar roads built here. The tar road has deteriorated at many places. Because this place gets flooded during rains. The tar roads are repeatedly falling apart due to coming in contact with water. Along with this, a new road will be prepared on RCC pattern in village Chang and arrangements for drainage will also be made. Since 2020, the work of railway overbridge is going on at Kaluwas railway gate. Which will be completed by March.

The new company has to complete the work in 6 months

This bridge is now about 75 percent complete. After changing its maps, the work has been taken over from the old agency and now the work has been given to the new agency with a re-estimate of about Rs 5 crore. The new company has to complete this work in six months. In this way, the new company has been given the deadline to start traffic on this bridge by March 2024. At present, heavy vehicles going from Bhiwani to Meham are going via Gujrani. They take a long round trip of about 7 km. The service road work of the bridge is also incomplete.
