Apart from this, DTIDC said that the work of laying the road map will be done in a phased manner. In the initial phase, the work of installing route maps will be done at about 2000 bus stops. Apart from this, he said that it will cost around Rs 27 crore to complete this scheme. By installing the route map, not only will the passengers benefit, it will also make it easier for the drivers to identify the routes.

Giving information, officials of the Central Transport Department said that the work of route mapping is being done by the department. Apart from this, he said that at present there are around 2200 bus stoppages in the national capital Delhi. And soon 1400 new bus stops will be built. Not only this, ramp facilities will also be provided to help disabled persons. Apart from this, a panic button will be installed for the safety and assistance of women and elderly people.
