The police administration has identified 150 vacant flats of under-construction and residential buildings around the meeting place. The police will lock them in a day or two and keep them in their custody until the public meeting ends. At the same time, notice has been given to 800 families of residential flats, shopkeepers, showroom operators, educational institutions and others, instructing them not to stand on the balcony, terrace or outside during the public meeting. From 18th, the stage and public meeting place will be in the possession of SPG.

A public meeting place of 2 lakh 40k square meters area is being prepared for the Prime Minister. Families live in a total of 12 flats in the building under construction in front of the synagogue. While 134 flats are vacant. Similarly, more than 16 flats are closed in Vasundhara Sector-10 also. Indirapuram Police has prepared a record of all these. Along with this, data has also been prepared about the people of 400 slums built earlier in and around the public meeting venue. The police will take possession of the vacant flats and the slum dwellers will not be allowed to resettle. Apart from this, instructions have been given to the people. That if any suspicious person or outsiders come and stay before the Prime Minister's program. So their information should be given immediately. In this way, there are about two thousand people in the police records. Apart from the security agencies, the police will keep a direct eye on them.

Link Road Police is conducting verification of employees, management and staff of industrial units within a radius of two km on either side of Sahibabad RapidX station.
