Rajasthan News : The central government on Thursday approved three new railway line projects of Rajasthan, Jaipur-Sawai Madhopur, Ajmer-Chanderia and Luni-Samdari-Bhiladi. The budget for these has been approved. An amount of Rs 1268.57 crore has been approved for the doubling of 31.27 km long Jaipur-Sawai Madhopur railway line and 152.77 km track.

After doubling, the speed of trains will increase. Besides, educational institutions will be able to get better connectivity in Ranthambore Forest Sanctuary, Chauth ka Barwada and the religious place Vanasthali located in Shivar. Also, an amount of Rs 1813.28 crore has been approved for the 178.20 km long Ajmer-Chanderia railway route and 212.8 km track.

This will give a boost to the textile industry in Bhilwara and the cement industries located around Chittorgarh. Apart from this, new employment opportunities will also be created. Apart from this, approval of Rs 3530.92 crore has been given for doubling of 278 km Luni-Samdari-Bhildi railway line and 315.57 km track.
